I miss candy and the old staff! This new bunch is so rude and tries to talk over you. I went in to have my teeth clean and examined, I told the doctor I would like for him to do the cleaning. He agreed, low and behold the dental hygienist insisted she was better because she went to school to for cleaning. I decided to go else where instead I had paid upfront and I should've known! Well after waiting two weeks I call back. And the receptionist started arguing with me because your staff misinformed me. This is why I'm calling UMR the reviews must be from friends because I can think of many words to summarize my interactions with this office and friendliness, kindness and professionalism is not one. I may have to go to culinary school just to get Dr. Wong to work on my teeth again. The good old days! They have thrown customer service out the window along with empathy for patients. Keep your peace of mind and go elsewhere! I'm sure she will reply back with a good old argumentative summary of her version of our conversation. Smh!
