We had a couple things we needed to take care of: a general inspection of our electronics in exposed ceiling after some water damage repair, as well as an acute problem of a couple lights/outlets unexpectedly going out (this was not caused by tripping a fuse, leaving us at a loss).
We called Eric Ledbetter using the number on his website. He answered, was courteous on the phone, and showed up at our house in about 45 minutes. Once on site, he seemed extremely knowledgeable and immediately identified a potential source for our outage. We hadn't told him what rooms in the house were having problems, but he immediately knew that because of where this particular outlet/breaker was in our garage, that we were probably having issues with our upstairs bathrooms (exactly right). He gave us a quote which seemed reasonable, had the parts on hand, and completed the repair in under an hour. We were very impressed with his clarity, efficiency, and expertise. He really clearly knew how electrics work in Henderson homes and how home electrics are organized - and this probably saved us a bunch of time. He was also totally honest with us about the general inspection of our exposed ceiling, and after a quick look told us it was fine and that all the wires were protected, so he didn't dilly dally or waste time or charge us for that inspection at all.
We will definitely use Ledbetter Electric again should we run into any electric issues.
