The staff is kind caring and understanding. It is a walk in clinic so no appt is needed. We were lucky enough to get Dr. Wilson who was wonderful. I asked for him to be stage forward with me when dealing with my I'll furry family members. Especially when I knew that it would be grim. He told me my options and what he personally would do. I appreciated his kindness while giving me bad news. Our cat Golly was over 17 yrs. She had been slowing down. We lost her but I was able to hold her. 13 days later her had to tell us our beautiful lab Maxx also couldn't be helped. He had lost the ability to use his rear legs and tail. We had to put him to sleep also. All through the process they were kind and caring. A week later we got a sympathy card from them. I am impressed with the hospital staff. The doctor is one of the nicest and yet will answer questions directly. He gives you all the information you need to make a good decision concerning your pet.
