This place is great. Some of the equipment may be a little old and maybe the locker rooms are not the quality of a lifetime or LA Fitness, but it's about the best gym I have ever used. Motivation and dedication pour out of this place. This is a gym you go to when you actually want to see results whether you are working with a trainer or just getting after it yourself. They have a nice dumbbell selection and they have literally every machine you could ever need, or at least the ones that matter. I have been to corporate gyms for 10 years now and I can honestly say that this gym is on the top of my list.
