We called the company and got an appointment at our home so they could bid on a Screen Room we wanted built. Craig came out, reviewed our ask, made some good suggestions as well, friendly, courteous seemed like a nice guy.
Found out that he also appreciates cars and that a license plate he had was a HAM Radio call sign, so I too am a Ham Radio Operator and told him I would do some research to find more about the previous owner of the license plate.
We received our bid and we had a few questions with regards to the warranty and the contractors license here in SC.
I sent an email with my questions as well as the Ham Radio detail and research on his old license plate.
We have yet to get a reply to that. So I sent a follow up email, still nothing. My wife has called him as well left voicemail. Still nothing.
So I do not know what to say, but very disappointed in the company and moving on.
