The location is SWEET. Its in the heart if the city. The Quicken Loans Arena is literally a block down, firstenergy stadium is a 15 minute walk. The train is about a 5 minute walk (take the train from the airport, a cab ride is 35.50 vs 2.25 on the train)Service here was great: friendly staff. Shortquick checkin/out lines. The room was huge!!! Breakfast was average, something you would expect a free breakfast to be: eggs, turkey sausage, pancakes, cereal, cinnamon buns, coffee, bagels, biscuts/gravy. Rooms were clean. It was quiet too (i wouldnt have expected that with all the fans coming in for the football games). Had a medium sized tv with a pleathra of channels (even HBO!) so if you are stuck in a snow storm there is a huge selection for regular tv. The gym was small but it had upto 20lb free weights, chest machines, eliptal, bike and 2 treadmills. I would definetly come back and stay at this hotel the next time im in Cleveland.
