This place was really beautiful inside. Extremely clean. The bowling alley offered decent shoes and was spacious. My only issue with this place was the customer service. I went there on my birthday. My group booked bowling and the tight rope activity. What we didn't realize is that the placed closed earlier than we anticipated and we wouldn't have enough time to do both activities. I asked the manager if we could get a pass so we could come back the next day, not a refund. I made sure to clarify with him that we didn't want our money back, just a pass for another day since we paid for the activities upfront. He told me we don't do things like that. It was an example of substandard customer service, especially after we spent $200 dollars on bowling and drinks.
