I would give 0 stars for the customer service. 11:30pm, came from work, i went to grab something at this walmart, 3 items, took me less than 5 mins, but it fuckin took me 30 mins in line!!! They have 16 fuckin registers and only 2 registers were open and self check out is closed! Like WTF!!!! Each cashier has like 15 people deep! Literally!!! Like hello!!! Call another cashier to open, if u have another one! Go tell ur manager to hire more cashiers! OR maybe learn how to schedule employees effectively! 99 cents cashiers are better! If they see more than 3 people in line they call another employee, a stocker or even a manager, to open a register. But this walmart does not! And they dont fuckin care! And cashiers move like they havent ate or had a break!!!!!!!!! I wanted to tell the cashier off, but i wasnt that type of person who would make a scandal. I tried my best to keep calm. But I was so pissed off inside me i was about to explode!! If i didnt badly need the items that i went for, i would have left and walked out!
