We have been tolerating this place's disorganization and wait times for about two years because the doctors are pretty good. Recently, my son ran out of his ADHD medication and they were unable to re-write a prescription because he needed to be seen. After calling and leaving three messages with no response, and then finally getting through to a different office that couldn't schedule an appointment(the following day), I finally took the day off of work to drive up to the office, only to be told that the only person available was a nurse practitioner; this person said she was "not able to help us" and said we'll just have to wait. They were unable to see him for over 2 weeks and refused to give him a prescription to bridge the gap. My son is unable to function without these meds, and was removed from school to wait for a doctor to find time to see him. This has happened in the past resulting in my son being suspended from school and we didn't want a repeat of this. Fortunately, after calling the school to explain my son's absence the school nurse found a place that could see him the next day. The mental health of a child is not something that should be toyed with. 5 children and two years, and they didn't care for a moment about my son's well-being.
