Bad customer service!! Because of this store I could not get the new iPhone during the promo with free trade in. The employee did not want to spend time on me to preorder on the computer and told me to come back Friday to buy the phone then. Friday the deal was off. Now the phone is full price when she should have just preorder for me that day when I was in. That's why I walked in the store, to have them do it for me to make sure my phone is preordered.
