We took my daughter's 2004 Infinty to be repaired for a squeaky belt. We chose to spend the extra money using the dealer service shop to ensure the repairs were done right. Nearly $200 later we picked up the car and was informed they also found a power steering leak. We had never noticed a leak so assumed if it existed it had to be very small. So when they quoted us nearly $1000 to fix it we declined. Prior to bringing it to them we hadn't had any problems with anything noticibly leaking. Only 15 minutes after leaving the shop a terrible whine started every time my daughter turned the wheel sharply left or right. When we got home my husband checked the PS fluid and found it low so he filled it. The next morning she drove to work and back and it was almost empty again, a large puddle could be seen under the car. I called to notify the service rep whom we dealt with and he blew it off and told me to bring the car back and he would look at it but insisted the car had the leak when it was brought in. We deliberated and decided to take the car elsewhere to be repaired. The new shop charged us $490 to repair the PS lines that in my opinion the dealer caused or at the very least made significantly worse during the repair of her belts. Someone contacted us a few days later form Infinity of Las Vegas asking us to rate our experience and when my husband complained she stated she would check with the service rep we worked with and call us back. That was 2 days ago and we haven't heard back. They don't care about customer service. Before you choose them to repair your vehicle get a quotes else where.
