We refuse to go to any other Best Buy in the valley, except here. All the employees are the most helpful and if they look busy, it's because they are, but will stop whatever it is they are doing to help or get another associate to help. the manager is the BEST around. He offers, only at this store, a Veteran's discount that was handed down from corporate at the store managers discretion; and he gives it. We have bought all our TV's, computers, laptops, Mac's, video games and consoles, paper and appliances, from this store. We will go no other place. The cashiers are all so friendly during the checkout process - I can think of Marcus, off the top of my head - he's always been so helpful and cheerful when we check out. I promise you that I have never been treated the way I am here at this location and will not visit any other Best Buy but this one. Thank you store manager for managing your people in such a way that it reflects to your customers; me.
