New place, attended the grand opening / open house this Saturday only to not be greeted by anyone. We walked around the facility and no one asked if we'd been helped or had questions. I would imagine at an open house there would be someone in the reception area greeting and guiding us to someone that can help. My husband and I wanted to have our infant daughter attend here. We spoke with Michelle a couple days ago and she offered to email us pricing. That email still hasn't come. They could be the nicest people in the world with a great facility, but the lack of follow through with email and attentiveness /planning for open house makes us question how they'd be. Not worth $1,300/month.
