I wish I could comment on the cleaning but due to complications we were not able to ever get them in house. David was very nice when we were able to get a hold of him. We had less than 24hrs notice of a scheduling change and could not accommodate the one option we were given. Then when I attempted to get a hold of him to work out other options, he did not respond (until two hours before the originally scheduled service time). We're sad communication was so poor and wish it could've worked out. We've heard great things about the service, and when we were able to get a hold of David he was very nice!
