Horrible customer service, not he location but the corporate office. I emailed to cancel my membership as they only let you cancel by email. It's 10 days since my first email (I've sent 3) and have not received a response. I called corporate they won't help, stating that they cannot help me and I should receive an email soon (really? It takes that long to respond to an email?). Also, I find it rediculous that everytime I asked her a direct question we would get "disconnected." I had to keep calling back and still have no answers!! Save your money
