So I have been to this venue twice and had the same experience. The place is pretty cool inside and the sound is good, the bar staff needs to be replaced with real bartender's that actually give a crap, my friend and I were passed up several times waiting for someone to serve us by people that just walked up to the bar, this happened both up stairs and downstairs last night. Once we were served the bartenders were pretty much complete A-holes, and same complaint from a DD, no free water! I wanted to like this place so much but the bar staff ruined it both times for me. I hope you make some changes soon and address these blatant issues.
