Just don't arrive before it's ready for pick-up... The quality is totally worth the added cost, and they invest into the food, not the shop. We ordered from here over a year ago and just haven't had the push to return as the general atmosphere threw us off quite a lot. It's not an eat-in place, but even the 5-minute wait for our meal made us question returning.
