The hotel is very nice. The buffet is the best I have ever had. We dined at Anthony' and the ambiance and food was outstanding
Only issue I had was that I booked the room with the "M eperience" and we didn't get it. When I inquired about it, the front desk said I book the executive room and didn't offer to fix the issue. I know for a fact I asked for the M experience so my wife would have some extra pampering so to make the guess wrong didn't go over well with me.
When I finally checked out, no mention to the issue and the young women behind the counter didn't ask how my experience was during my stay.
Again, beutiful hotel but service needs a little work.

Also, the hotel reservation desk said nothing about the pool being close for the season. Very disappointed.
