I come into this Panda Express quite frequently I don't know if they were having an off day this time or what but half the entree trays were almost empty and it was lunch time on a Saturday afternoon. I was fortunate to be the second in a line of about 20 people. Only 1 person working the front and she was scrambling to keep up!
Needless to say I had to stand there waiting for about 15 minutes along with others until they made more Orange Chicken and Beef and Broccoli. It wasn't the girls fault and I'm super understanding that things happen but the people behind me were complaining up a storm.
Maybe they should bring in more staff during lunch runs even on Saturdays. Just my input
