I've eaten at the Roasting Oven since they open several years ago. The food is always very good, freshly made and fast. You can eat in or get it for take out. They have a fairly broad menu that leans American with different flavors/spices. Excellent Margarita Salad, chicken and Cuban sandwich, but everything is good. Not sure why anyone can write a bad review, I've eaten there 20+ times and it's always been good.
