Stopped in for a treat on Father's Day. I'm struggling with this review because at the end of the day it's an ice cream shop and the ice cream is very good BUT the whole experience left much to be desired. It is a very "sterile" environment. No frills at all. There were about 6 families of at least 4 people in each group waiting to be served. That's at least 24 people standing at the front counter. There was ONE very nice employee helping one party at a time while 4 other workers acted busy in the back. What bothered me most of all was watching the owner stand at what appeared to be a dish sink looking through a window watching it all happen. He never stopped to greet anyone or offer any help. We waited about 20 minutes to be served. We finally got our double dish (as seen in photo) Very small serving for a very big price. Don't waste your time or your money. There are way too many options for ice cream in the valley to spend your time and money here. Note to the owner- a smile and "hello, welcome" or "thanks for coming in today" goes a long way.
