The service man from Advanced was very professional and pleasant. I didn't much care for the 8:00-4:00 window when I set up the warranty work with Whirlpool but did request morning. I called their office around 10:00 to get an ETA. I was told he'd be there by noon. Sure enough, 10 minutes later he called to say he was on his way to the house. I hope to not need to get other appliances repaired but would definitely call Advanced.
