If I can give this place a negative rating, I would most definitely would. Tonight (07/28/17 @ 12:00 AM) is the third time we tried to dine in at this location and I don't even know why we keep giving it a try. First of all, the place was nowhere near being too busy. Sure there were diners but we should've have had to wait over 20 minutes to have a server come to our table. Well, 20 minutes passed and still nothing. The place is horrible. We've dined at daytime before and the service was good. The manager even looked right at us. Apparently it's more important to wipe tables than attend to diners at night here. I hope somebody from the company reads this comment and the other's bad reviews as well and hopefully take action. The place serves good food but their service really stinks. If you're only gonna provide good service at daytime, then maybe they should just NOT have it open 24 hours if the night staff won't be willing to work at all.
