I had had a bad experience with this company, also. Debi, the vice president, came out and looked at my claim. She was one of the companies given to me also by State Farm. I told her the problem I had had with another company not following through. She said that would not happen. She then proceeded to not get back with me. When I called, she said another man was supposed to get with me to do an estimate and she would make sure that happened. I said I thought that was why she had come out. The other man did not ever get back with me. The other company given to me and which I had made arrangements with after her, evidently went out of business. They were through State Farm, also.
