My husband and I are first time homebuyers from out of state. We saw ample reviews about the Jeremy house team so we decided to give them a try first. We called to try and set up an initial consultation and we got voicemails. We left several messages and then finially we were introduced to Pete. We explained that we were trying to use the home in 5 program for dp assistance and were instructed to complete an application. That's were it all went downhill. I do give them 2 starts for their helpfulness in removing inaccurate marks off of our credit and ordering a rescore. However, Pete never mentioned to us the Arizona is a community property state until AFTER we did a bunch of work (and after I had to call HIM) for the updates. We had no idea AND he didn't care to explain how that works as a non purchasing spouse. Oh and we can't qualify for a basic FHA loan. It was a very complicated and unhelpful experience for us. We chose another lender who was entirely helpful and explained to us the ins and outs of what a community property state entails oh and we close on our AMAZING house in two weeks.
