I had just an ok experience with good karma cleaning this week. I booked last minute through their website and they were able to accommodate me on pretty short notice - that was a plus. I had someone come in for a scheduled 4 hour cleaning of our 3 bedroom townhouse. The woman who came was punctual and friendly. The job took her 5 hours to complete, and although our usual person used to take 4 hours, I am assuming it was longer because it was her first time at our place and our last cleaning (booked through handybook) was horrible. She didn't clean under things (ie just wiped around the toaster or jar on counter top as well as just mopped around the shoes in the entry way so there was still dirt which I thought was weird). Overall I felt she just did a rushed job and she wasn't very detail oriented.
