I received a Toyota Corolla ( I love Toyota's), was comped on the navigation system, the car was clean, filled up with gas, the check out was pretty quick since you can use an agent at the desk or a kiosk (whichever is open first), and finding the car was fast and easy. One thing I didn't like was being told that I would have to fill up the car within 10 miles of the airport if I didn't take the option to pay ahead of time for a fill up. The gas stations that are within 10 miles are 10-20 cents more per gallon of gas than the gas stations farther away. Also, it was not real l easy finding gas stations near the airport. My hotel was 14 miles from the airport and I could have filled up for 20 cents less and still returned the car with a very full tank. I did get a great price on the car through my AAA membership so I would use Hertz again. I will just try and check gas prices around the area first to see if buying the fill up first (and not having to return the car with a full tank) is cheaper.
