This review is long overdue and I apologize. We first used Premiere Air Solutions when we took ownership of a townhouse we purchased. It was a foreclosure, so we weren't surprised to discover the AC wasn't working. It was July and incredibly hot. Two other companies came out and could not find the problem, but still charged us for the visit. Both insisted we needed a new unit. Our realtor, then recommended Premiere and Ed arrived to save the day. He found the problem and stuck with it until we felt cold air blowing. Oh, what relief. His fee was so reasonable, we kept insisting it had to cost more because he was there for hours. Also I need to mention that Ed is an extremely pleasant individual and very professional. Since then we have used Premiere to perform yearly tune-up checks on our AC and they are always punctual and the price is great. I really cannot recommend them enough. They are a small company that know how to provide top-notch service. Cathy, who answers the phone, could not be any nicer. She is the first person who greets you and no bother what the situation, she will keep her cool and help to get your problem solved. They are just the best.
