I stopped in today to the Pearl st. location. Dale did a great job. As a non-binary Trans Latin@ who is visiting for the month, I didn't know where the Trans and / or queer community went to get their hair cut. I found the reviews really helpful on Yelp, so I decided to stop in. Dale greeted me out on he front stoop and we exchanged in friendly banter about the recent Cavs win. Once inside, the other barber (who's name I didn't get), invited me to take a seat & he'd get someone for me. Not a minute after I sat down, Dale walked inside and beckoned me to his barber chair. After a few questions on how the barber traditionally cuts my hair, Dale went after my overgrown Pompadour. He cut my sides high & tight & even went after my side parts with the straight razor. He was friendly, welcoming, professional, and invited me back any time I'm in Cleveland. I'll definitely be back to see Dale! If you're looking for a relaxed environment to get a good cut by professionals, check out Urban Kutz! You won't be disappointed!
