I CALL THESE GUYS THE "CREPE NAZIS"...because even though the crepes are delicious and worth the wait in line, their customer service is thumbs down. On the day that I was there, my son asked a question and the answer was cold as ice...if you're looking for a feel-good experience from a smiling crepe maker, go somewhere else. There is no courtesy or customer service, however, since we waited in line for over 30 minutes, they're not hurting for business and maybe the don't have to be friendly, I don't know, judge for yourself.
