Had scheduling problems, the tech. was gruff and not understanding about a problem I had then changed it for me, the young girl that booked me in needed training. She told me my copay was $50.00, I said for her to recheck that it should be $25.00. She looked again (at the wrong insurance) and gave me a list of reasons why copay are different. She knew nothing! For two months and 5 or 6 phone calls to billing. Waiting to get through was 15-25 minutes then got the billing department. The first 5 reps. said I was over charged and I would get a refund, the last one said I didn't have a refund coming and was laughing at me. I asked for a supervisor and never did get one. Still don't have our money and tired of using my time to sit on the phone with out results. Never going there again!
