I ordered a sofa there and first they could accommodate my work schedule at all for delivery and finding someone to sit here for 4 hours is hard. When the got to my place, they didn't even try to bring it up and just said it won't fit. My friend called me and I asked if they measured it and they said no, so I told the, to do that. They said it would fit. Okay fine, I go back to the store with the measurements and find a new one, showing the sales rep the measurements and they were also in the computer, found another couch, they said oh yes, this one will fit no problem. They told me that three times. I was able to get it delivered when I was there and they came and got it about a quaternary through my door. (I live in an apartment on the second floor, normal size door, and the couch was a sectional) they said it won't fit, after scratching up my door, they finally took it off, they got it about half way through and said its not going to fit. I made suggestions on ways to try bc they just kept going straight and they wouldn't even listen, (I'm just a girl, what do I know). Then the put a hole in my wall and broke my porch light. When they got the couch out, I looked at the hole and then to one of the delivery men and said oh, that's a nice hole you put. He completely ignored me. After no couch (twice) and two days of not being contacted, I called and told them about the hole, door, and light. Long story short, it took 2 months for them to fix the door, another couple weeks to fix the hole, and never even fixed the light. Horrible delivery system, not very helpful sales reps either. I'll never shop there again. R. C. Willey has my businesses from now on, they were amazing.
