Called to ask for an appointment and they told me I could wait. When I asked how long the wait was she literally yelled at me "you just wait!!! Not long!!!" even if they had 5 stars I wouldn't have gone in after that, geez... even if you don't have a time frame a simple kind "it won't be long" would have worked over yelling like you're lecturing a child
