They need to hire a lot of people. I arrived at 3:10 and didn't get out of there until 4:08. Way to long,if I knew it was going to take that long I wouldn't have done the wash. I could have waited or gone some place else. Thank goodness I didn't have them do the hand wax they were pushing or I'd still be there. No sense of urgency or apologies for the long wait. From now on I'm going to check how long to expect beforehand.
