I ordered a dish a specific way, which came out incorrect the first time. The second time the dish wasn't cooked all the way, which I had sent back. Before the dish was brought out correctly the manager came over (with a slight attitude) to ask what the problem was, and after he explained he pretty much made excuses and admitted that certain foods weren't made fresh and authentic to any Caribbean way. The whole conversation was unnecessary for him to come over defensive, I didn't ask for any dishes to be compt just made right.
I will drink at bahama breeze occasionally and eat light appetizers, but not certain dishes.
