I've been a regular City Hall customer for years. I love going to this place... great drinks (really strong!), great food (the lobster mash potatoes!) and great environment!
But two weeks ago, my friend and I had a super poor experience. We sat at the bar and the new female bartender was not friendly, didn't smile... and didn't check on us.
OK... not the end of the world but the my bone-in rib-eye was cold. It was supposed to be placed on a hot plate, not a cold plate. So I sent it back... and what they gave me was a over cooked piece of meat. Total bummer.
For a $55 steak... I expect them to bring their "A" game. Between a unfriendly staff and poor tasting food... it's hard to want to go back.
