I moved back into town and needed to both find a new doctor as well as get an annual physical. I was surprised when as a new patient I didn't have to fill out 4 pages of forms and then I am usually asked all the same questions later. Instead Dr. Azhar walked out to the lobby, introduced herself, took me to her office and asked me questions to get my medical history. No cold, impersonal forms but a real discussion with a clearly caring and knowledgeable doctor. She spent about 45 minutes with me. I felt instantly comfortable.
