Worst experience ever, girl that took my order had bad attitude from the get go. I asked for a certain variety dozen and it came out wrong. Then I went to pay and handed her a $10 gift card & let her know the amount that was on it; plus an additional $20 bill cover the additional amount on my bill. She ended up putting the $20 on the gift card that I did not want. Then the a**hole manager comes up with attitude (I see where his staff gets it from) and says he can't refund the money off the card. Then he has nerve to tell me I had attitude and he tried "everything" to make me happy. I said you have not tried or offered anything to make me happy?!?! This guy seriously has mental issues. Then after I snapped back at him is when he offered me a free coffee. As I was leaving he proved his pettiness by calling me "BooBoo"; he shouldn't be in customer service if he doesn't know how to problem solve. I won't ever come back here & am donating my gift card to someone & will tell them go to any other location than where Tim Budlong is working.
