First of all I have never left a spa so irritated before in my entire life. When you specifically tell the person doing your facial that you want extractions for the blackheads on your nose, you expect them to listen. My girl spend less than a minute on my entire FACE. My massage was mediocre too; I've had much better massages at Massage Envy. I was on edge the entire time and was never completely relaxed due to the girls not doing what I asked or making any attempt to create a luxurious experience. In addition, they kept trying to sell me things the entire time. I felt like I was in a retail store. I would not buy anything from people who cannot even do their jobs correctly. I know hand and stone is better than this because I've had better experiences before. My advice to everyone on here: GO TO A BETTER LOCATION. You will get completely ripped off at this one. I wish I had never spend the money here and regret my time spent at this spa. Stay away if you actually want a good experience.
