The one star is for the staff. They were incredibly kind and thorough on the phone and in-person.
Armando Martinez, the vet, was INCREDIBLY rude and insensitive. I have a 16 year old dog who is having seizures and basically transitioning to the next stage of life. This is my first time with a senior dog so I had a lot of questions and wanted to get a better idea of the tests, etc.
I felt rushed and talked over and told him so. He asked what I wanted to do and after about 15 minutes of his poor bedside manner and insensitivity, he said he has other patients. I told him I'm going to go to another doctor and he said, "fine by me" and walked out the room.
I did not feel that I should pay for the service but I paid because I didn't want to cut the helpful and patient staff from their money.
The vet is extremely rude. I do NOT recommend this place at all.
