Office Management is the reason for ZERO stars. ZERO!
Office Management, Dave and Jessica Hart are astoundingly horrendous.
Completely unprofessional, no tact, power driven, never polite.
I've never Jessica *without* a RBF, and I've never seen her smile.
These are people's homes! Owners, not renters. The disrespect she gives the tenants is disgusting.
After 16 months of living here, Jessica now has it out for me because I've deflected her a few times to concern herself with more important matters such as a biohazard of dog poop.
I'm now on a 6-month probation period because my dog was off a leash. (He's trained.) But The Biohazard is not as important because she can't "catch" them.
I've never had a pleasant conversation with Jessica. There has never been a cordial, "hello how are you, here are a few things need be addressed." Its straight out= "you can't do that because I say so".
I now do everything I can to not run into Jessica.
You'd be better off renting a house from a landlord than dealing with this unprofessionalism.
They also don't concern themselves with noise complaints in the complex.
