I called based on reviews on Yelp. I talked to Doreen about my a/c not draining properly. She said it would be the following Monday before a tech could get to it. She was insightful about different Home Warranty companies as well. My service call was Not Through a Home Warranty Company. I was given Instruction That I would be contacted Monday Morning for a 3 hour window of when tech would be coming. I was advised tech would call before coming to house before appointment. I accepted these terms.
However helpful Doreen was, she failed to properly discuss charges with me in advance of the call, or advise of payment options at time of service. I failed to question charges also, to be fair.
Monday Morning I was called by Doreen and given my 3 hour window, 1-4 p.m. At 4:30 , needing too take care of other business I left another Adult in charge, in case a/c tech came while I was gone. I called Doreen to let her know the 3 hour window had passed, and no one had called. She replied they were busy and running behind. The tech's next stop was my call.
I never received a call from tech, or Doreen. Tech showed up, blew compressed air through the system to get it draining. I was charged an additional $15.00 materials on top of their websites, $75.00 advertised service call.
Tech told attending adult, the payment had been settled by phone. I did receive a follow up message in my voicemail from Doreen, stating the tech had left an invoice at my home at time of service and she needed me to call in with a credit card by phone to pay the invoice.
I retrieved the message a week later. I had to call Doreen because there is No zip code on invoice. I did not want to pay by card over the phone. The tech was offered payment in the form of cash at time of services. Taking up more of my time, Payment was sent by us mail.
This business and invoice address comes back to a residential address. Upon a drive by, this company is truly "Family Owned & Operated", Right out of their Garage. I'm sure their neighbors don't like it.
I would Not Recommend this company, and was not impressed by their lack of customer service skills. Much more effort than I would have thought for such a simple job, by appointment.
