I arrived for my brow wax 5 minutes early and 20 minutes after my appointment was set to begin, I was still waiting. I explained to a manager that I had been waiting for the length of time it usually takes to get my brows done and got the usual "you'll be called shortly." Another 10 minutes later I was finally called back to the brow bar and was told that my waxer helped a walk in 10 minutes before my appointment. While I understand that walk ins are last minute, who takes one 10 minutes before a scheduled appointment?? In addition to that, during my service the front desk lady and another sales associate came over and started discussing their weekend plans with the girl doing my wax in the middle of my service!! At many points, the waxer paused to talk to with them instead of focusing on doing a good job. The girls then began discussing setting each other up with their guy friends on dates! It was extremely unprofessional. Even if they have no problem discussing their private life in front of clients, I sure have a problem hearing it. While my brows looked good afterwards, I'm not sure it's a place I'd return to considering there are many, more professional salons in the area.
