I have been a customer with this company for 3 years. My bookkeeper went to Italy and must have forgotten to pay the bill. I received no notice, call or anything; they shut the music off to my company. I called to find out what was going on, found out the issue, and I was more than happy to take care of it. They placed me on hold, and as I write this, I am still on hold after 1 hour. Don't have time for this company and certainly don't think service is very good. I would highly recommend anyone but them. Plus, if you have piped in music and choose Jazz, they play organ music, sounds like a scary church service. Not a good product, not at all customer oriented, run from them.
