From a renters view point , we have had excellent service from Kyle Cunningham. We had rented a property for 2 yrs ( 2 leases) from his management group and were very pleased with his attentiveness and professionalism. Unfortunately , we moved out of state for our business, but , if we were ever to return to NV , The Cunningham group would be the first call. One additional comment though, the lady who is at the front desk at the office on St. Rose, needs to be a little more "people friendly" and be a little more grateful she has a job!
