I was recommended to Horizon Eye Specialist and had (4) appointments to prepare for my surgery. My home is approximately 70 miles from this office. I was scheduled for cataract surgery and a symfony lens implant. I scheduled my surgery 2 months in advance and rearranged my entire schedule to have this surgery. (5) days prior to my surgery I was called by Dr. McCullough's scheduler, Donalda and was told that Dr. McCullough was out of the country and could not get back to do my surgery. Really??? How very inconsiderate of Dr. McCullough. Obviously he does not have my best interest at heart and has zero respect for his patients or their time. The best part was they tried to collect for the surgery two days prior to cancelling my surgery, fortunately I was out of town. I would have scored (0) stars if that was an option.
