This review is only related to the Lobby Lounge at the Blackfoot Inn.
I work in the area and use this restaurant for business lunches often. I have NEVER had a bad food, or poor service, experience over the past year. The place is always busy at noon, but I never have difficulty finding a table, or getting prompt attention. Food has been consistently good and service consistently friendly and efficient. (I usually have poor opinions about hotel restaurant food and service. The more high profile, the more lousy the service!) The lounge has recently introduced a new menu which is perfectly suited to a quick and value driven, no-nonsense, business lunch. No unnecessary frills and pretentious service. The two waitresses are great and relaxed, and efficiently service all the tables. I've never had a reason for complaint and would recommend this lounge to businessmen who are on the go, travelling through the south east part of the City, and need a quick, but good bite to eat!
