Do not go here! This was my first experience at an Urgent Care. Maybe they are all like this? I would hope not. Brought my daughter in for possible chicken pox. The front desk was so rude. No personality, sounded like a robot. "Have you been here before?" was her greeting. The women in front of me had issues with her insurance so could not get seen, receptionist showed no human emotion, just said, sorry we cant see you and sent her away. I get there are rules, but at least show some sympathy to her and her sick baby. The medical assistant comes to get us. Same deal, no hello. She heard me tell my daughter to try and keep her hands to herself. I didn't want her to catch that nasty flu going around. She then proceeded to criticize me for even bringing her in there if I didn't want her to catch the flu. Basically questioning my choice to get her seen for her rash. Made me feel terrible and said that people need to stop freaking out about the flu. Assistant only took weight. No questions from me, no exam, nothing The doctor was pleasant. Diagnosed her right away with chicken pox and prescribed a cream. But no temperature was taken, no exam. It was just odd. Seemed like they wanted people in and out without actually asking any questions or looking.
