EDIT: This meal was from December. I was trying to add Gaucho to my BYOB list, and I realized I hadn't posted my draft. /end The hype is real. Ordered: Bife de Chorizo | NY Strip, rare Los Sprahts | Brussel Sprouts, sweet peppered bacon, and cider reduction Caldo del Mar | Mussels, clams, squid, fried capers, lemon, garlic, tomato, and a secret ingredient. My favorite part is that it's not ridiculously expensive. I recommend the steaks, and the brussels were really good. I was disappointed by the seafood, next time I'll just stick to the land meat. I've looked through the many pictures, and I'd want to come back and try the sandwiches too. The only downside or unimpressive part of Gaucho is that the eating area could be improved-- it feels like a McD's dining room. Wobbly chairs and tables.
