Regretfully, I went with this company to replace my roof. Was promised full clean up and reinstallation of pigeon proofing. They put some of the pigeon proofing on and threw the rest on top of my patio roof so I didn't see it. They also sold me on the warranty up front saying it was a total of a 30 year warranty... 10 from them and 30 from manufacturer. As soon as they completed the work I asked for the paperwork so that I can transfer the warranty upon sale of my house and they then notified me that it would cost 200 per year in order for them to give me the warranty as it requires them to personally inspect all materials every year. Since, I have worked with two other roofing companies on other properties and they were SO MUCH better (overall job, cost, warranty, and clean up). Do your research, don't go with these sleaze balls.
